WC CHARGED FC was established to promote and enhance the soccer culture within the Webb City, Missouri area while providing a competitive, fun, and educational soccer experience for the next generation.

We believe the underlying values we teach are fundamental to players’ development as not only athletes but also individuals. Although one of our goals is to develop teams that will compete with the best, we recognize the most important lessons we teach extend beyond the field, such as the development of good character, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

We focus on developing the fundamentals of the game—while heavily emphasizing playing as a team and not individually. Our tactical approach prioritizes a strong defensive structure, maintaining three defenders at the back at all times to ensure stability and organization. We emphasize a team-oriented counter-attacking style, where every player understands their role in transitioning quickly from defense to offense. This approach requires discipline, communication, and collective effort, reinforcing our belief that success comes through teamwork rather than individual play.

Participants will create an environment where mistakes are viewed as learning opportunities. Learning will be driven through the use of guided questions where the players give us the answers rather than a coach’s direct commands.

Our beliefs include placing players at an appropriate level of play to allow growth and experiences that lead to the development of habits that most successful young adults possess. Through our structured defensive mindset and rapid, cohesive counter-attacking playstyle, we aim to teach our players how to read the game, make smart decisions under pressure, and work together to achieve success on and off the field.
